Solving the Posture Puzzle
Why Mom was right about to tell you to stand up straight!

We are born in it... and we die in it. It is the most important and valuable tool we own for our entire lives, yet most of us know more about our iPhone, our favorite sporting equipment, and how to navigate Facebook than we do our own bodies. It's not just something mothers love to nag us about, it is actually vitally important to know how to find and maintain a "neutral spine". Not only does it prevent injury and chronic pain syndromes, it makes us stronger, more stable, and optimizes movement for our athletic pursuits. Let's demystify this amazing machine we live in and empower everyone to use it most efficiently and effectively from now on!

Vibrational Medicine
Vibrational medicine is a term for many different types of subtle energy therapies. Everything is energy and we are a multidimensional organism made up of physical cellular systems with energetic fields. Vibrational medicine attempts to treat people with pure energy. The molecular arrangement of the physical body is made of several energy fields. Our physical bodies are nourished by subtle energetic systems which coordinate the life force within the body. Our energy system is affected by our emotions and level of spiritual balance as well as nutritional and environmental factors.
