Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program offers adults and families the opportunity to learn the basic grappling skills of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun friendly environment. They will learn the basic fundamentals of self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu in a traditional belt oriented system.
